It is important that, when going from one move to another, that the leader indicates what move is coming. For a Basic Step, the leader should use the left hand to push forward as an indication. For a Rumba, use the right hand to push to the left. When repeating the same move, you don’t need to give an indication. Both leader and follower should assume the same step unless indicated otherwise.
