This is a variant of the Cross Body Lead where the follower walks underneath the arm of the leader. If the leader raises the hand, the follower can walk straight underneath it. To avoid the follower from turning or moving towards the leader, the follower is guided with the right hand of the leader. After the follower walked underneath the arm, the only logical option is to turn towards the leader.
Have the follower walk underneath the arm of the leader. The video shows an alternative way to go into solo position.
