Have the follower do an Inside Turn, but instead of having the follower turn all the way, have her stop by keep holding her right arm. This “wraps” around her. Then move her back face the leader.
Very cool addition that is not shown in the video: immediately make a Right Turn afterwards. If the leader holds both hands, then you end up with an arm position that is the same as in Workshop Weird Arm Position. Nice for combinations!
