When doing a Cross Body Lead, on 1, the leader raises the right hand and then “flicks” the hand downwards behind her back. This should have the follower go into a Hammerlock position. Now continue with Hammerlock Cross Body Lead Inside Turn.
Note: I couldn’t find a good video for only showing this. I also don’t think it is called “flick”. The workshop video shows this as part of the combination.
