When going for an Inside Turn into Hammerlock, you can sweep the followers right arm into your own left arm to switch your own hands of the hammerlock. Make sure to very quickly walk around the follower. If you are too slow, the counts will feel weird.
Also make sure to really pull the follower backwards on 5,6,7 and not sideways like a check. Make sure to push backwards with the left hand and not pull with the right.
