A Right Turn is done when stepping forwards where the turn starts on count 2 (and continues into count 3). You can also step sidewards, step back (changing the foot 90 degrees), and then make a full turn (on count 3). You have one count less, which means you are more or less turning on the spot.

Note: this move is done as a leader. I don’t know any situation in which the follower does this.

I don’t see this move used as a standalone turn. You can do that, but it is uncommon. See linked pages for where the move is used.
