While doing a Cross Body Lead Outside Turn, use the Right To Left hand hold. Then move the right hand over the followers head and quickly all the way down. This makes the follower turn into the hand and land in a Hammerlock.
It is logical to follow it up with an Open Break, so something like a Copa, as is done in the video.
