This is not just a Right Turn but the other direction. The leader needs to guide the follower into this movement with shoulder movement. Note that the leader can also do a Left Turn, which doesn’t need this shoulder movement, because the follower just continues with a Basic Step.
It is often used in this pattern: Left Turn, then the leader does a Right Turn into a Right Turn for the follower. This is also shown in the video.
